This policy outlines the conditions for returning, exchanging, and refunding products purchased from Atreius Timepieces. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. 1. Returns (Refund Policy)
You may request a return within 60 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date, as verified by the official courier tracking record.
Conditions:
- The watch must be unworn and in its original condition.
- All labels, stickers and protective films must be fully intact and attached. Watches with removed protective films cannot be fully refunded or accepted for return.
- The original packaging, including box, papers, manuals and all accessories, must be included.
- Customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging before approval.
2. Exchanges
You may exchange your watch for a different model within 60 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
- The same conditions as returns apply — unworn, protective films intact, original packaging included.
- Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- Exchanges may take up to 30 calendar days to complete.
3. Non-Eligible Items
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
- Gift cards or promotional/free items.
- Items returned without original packaging or with damaged packaging.
- Watches with removed protective films or labels.
- Minor variations in colour, finish or dial resulting from normal manufacturing differences.
4. Warranty
All watches from Atreius Timepieces carry a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery.
Coverage: Manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal use.
Exclusions: Damage caused by accidents, water exposure beyond the stated resistance limits, improper handling, or repairs carried out by third parties.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your watch arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery, including photo or video evidence. Once verified, Atreius Timepieces will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund, and will cover all return shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied. Please use only an insured, tracked shipping method. Atreius Timepieces accepts no liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.

8. Inspection and Approval
Returned products undergo inspection upon arrival, which may take up to 15 business days. Atreius Timepieces reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
9. Refund Methods
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Payment providers may perform a verification transaction before completing the refund.
- Refunds may take 30–60 business days after approval to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- After approval, refunds are processed within 5 business days on our side.
