These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, products, and services offered by Atreius Timepieces. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Customer: any individual purchasing products from Atreius Timepieces.
User: any person accessing or browsing the website.
Products: luxury timepieces and related items sold through our store.
Services: all website functionality, ordering systems, and customer support provided by Atreius Timepieces.

2. Formation of Contract

The display of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking "Add to Cart" or "Place Order", you submit a binding order for the items in your basket. An order confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order. The contract is concluded upon dispatch of a formal order confirmation or delivery of the goods within two business days.

3. Use of the Website

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
The use of false identities or unauthorised third-party information is prohibited.
Atreius Timepieces reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

4. Orders & Payment Confirmation

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. A tracking number will be issued once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 3 business days to appear within the courier system. Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on product pages are final prices.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly stated during the checkout process and are charged only once, including in the case of split deliveries.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other methods available at checkout.
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, additional costs such as customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are not charged by Atreius Timepieces and remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Promotions & Offers

Promotions or discounts are valid while available.
Offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
Free promotional items cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Atreius Timepieces may substitute promotional items with alternatives of equal value.

7. Product Appearance

Product images and descriptions are illustrative. Slight differences in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting conditions, device display settings, or production batches. Such variations do not qualify as manufacturing defects where the product meets the advertised specifications.

8. Delivery, Title & Proof of Delivery

Goods are delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Title to the goods remains with Atreius Timepieces until full payment has been received.

An order is considered successfully delivered once confirmed by the courier at the delivery address, regardless of whether received by the customer, a household member, a neighbour, or building reception.

Claims for non-receipt may only be reviewed after the maximum delivery timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy has elapsed.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply in full. In addition, Atreius Timepieces provides a 24-month warranty on the watch movement covering manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal use. Full warranty details are set out in our Returns & Warranty Policy. This warranty does not affect your statutory legal rights.

10. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. No restocking fees are charged for eligible returns. Full details of return eligibility, refund conditions, and exchange procedures are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Atreius Timepieces is not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers, logistics disruptions, strikes, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, or damages resulting from misuse of products.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, images, product descriptions, graphics, and design elements remain the exclusive property of Atreius Timepieces. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

13. Website Availability

We aim to maintain uninterrupted website access but do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly in the first instance. We are willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures before a recognised consumer conciliation body. You may also use the UK Government's dispute resolution services or contact the Citizens Advice Bureau for guidance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

Atreius Timepieces reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall apply.
